About me
Jerry L. Martin, PhD, LPC-S currently serves as a Professor at Amridge University in Montgomery, AL. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Jerry has over four decades of preaching experience, having worked with congregations in Louisiana, Georgia, Colorado, Tennessee, and Alabama, and is presently working with the Pine Street Church of Christ in Crossett, Arkansas. He has also made mission trips to the Philippines, Singapore, and Indonesia. Jerry and his wife, Denise, have been married for over fifty years. They have four children, eleven grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
Jerry is a graduate of Memphis School of Preaching. He also earned a B.A. in Bible, a M.S. in Counseling, and a PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy from Amridge University. He speaks in a number of gospel meetings and lectureships each year and conducts seminars on marriage enrichment, grief management, conflict management, and leadership development.
